High-resolution Encoder

For high-precision angle measuring high-resolution angle-measuring systems are available, for example as a reference sensor in testing and measuring objects or high-resolution printing facilities in semiconductor manufacturing. The angle measurement accuracy is up to ± 5 arc seconds. Other features include: cosinus signals up to 18,000 cycles per revolution signal, output signals of 1 Vpp or 11 μAss, square-wave signals up to 900,000 pulses per revolution = 3,600,000 counting edges, outputs RS422 Line driver or Push -pull outputs.

The high-resolution encoders are manufactured as shaft and hollow-shaft rotary encoder with hollow shaft or hollow through shaft in sizes from 58 mm to120 mm. Fractional mounting dimensions are also available.
